My Journey

I have spent my career across industry, entrepreneurship, and teaching.

I began as an engineer fascinated by how systems work. Over time, my curiosity expanded from machines to organizations, markets, and human behavior.

As my roles grew—from technical leadership to strategic business unit head—I found myself increasingly drawn to questions beyond execution:

Why do some technologies succeed while others fail?
How do incentives shape decision-making?
What responsibilities do technologists carry toward society?

These questions eventually led me to entrepreneurship, healthcare innovation, deep tech research, and now, a strong pull toward teaching and applied academia.
